By submitting an enquiry through this website, contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, or proceeding with a booking arranged through Cape Luxe Bookings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Cape Luxe Bookings is a premium booking coordination and hospitality guide. We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party experience operators, including but not limited to helicopter companies, wine estates, yacht charter operators, vehicle rental companies, restaurants, jewellery experience providers, and nightlife venues. We are not the operator of any experience and do not provide the experiences directly.
All experiences are subject to the terms, conditions, and availability of the relevant third-party operator. Cape Luxe Bookings does not guarantee availability of any experience and reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements where an experience is unavailable.
All bookings are arranged through direct consultation via WhatsApp, email, or phone. No booking is confirmed until Cape Luxe Bookings has provided written confirmation (via WhatsApp or email) and any required deposit has been received by the operator. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking coordination fee applies to all experience bookings arranged through Cape Luxe Bookings. The applicable fee will be communicated and agreed upon before any booking is confirmed. Dining reservations are subject to a flat coordination fee per booking. All fees are confirmed in writing before any booking is made. No fees are charged without your prior agreement.
All pricing provided is indicative and subject to confirmation based on group size, date, availability, and operator pricing at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any booking is made. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods are determined by the relevant operator and will be communicated during the booking process.
Cape Luxe Bookings does not accept payment directly for experiences. All payments are made directly to the relevant operator unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cape Luxe Bookings accepts no liability for payments made to any party other than the confirmed operator.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the relevant third-party operator and will be communicated at the time of booking. Cape Luxe Bookings does not control the cancellation or refund policies of operators and accepts no liability for operator-imposed cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits. Clients are encouraged to confirm cancellation terms before making any payment.
Where Cape Luxe Bookings has already performed coordination work in connection with a booking that is subsequently cancelled by the client, the coordination fee may remain payable at the discretion of Cape Luxe Bookings.
Certain experiences — particularly helicopter tours and water-based activities — are subject to weather and environmental conditions. Cape Luxe Bookings and its operators reserve the right to reschedule or cancel experiences where conditions make it unsafe or impractical to proceed. In such circumstances, a reschedule or full refund will be offered by the operator. Cape Luxe Bookings accepts no liability for weather-related cancellations or rescheduling.
Cape Luxe Bookings acts solely as a coordination intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of any experience provided by a third-party operator. Any claims arising from the experience itself must be directed to the relevant operator. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cape Luxe Bookings' total liability to any client shall not exceed the coordination fee paid in connection with the relevant booking.
Cape Luxe Bookings does not accept liability for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in any experience, operator error, equipment failure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
Certain experiences have minimum age, weight, health, or fitness requirements set by the operator. It is the client's responsibility to confirm that all participants meet the relevant requirements before booking. Cape Luxe Bookings accepts no liability for any participant being refused entry or participation due to failure to meet operator requirements.
All operators referenced on this website have been personally assessed by Cape Luxe Bookings. However, Cape Luxe Bookings does not warrant or guarantee the ongoing performance, licensing, or conduct of any operator. Operator details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any booking arranged through Cape Luxe Bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa.
